The Vigilmetrics reports are easy to set up as an additional reporting interface to any existing tools currently in use. Our team can assess what you currently have and slot the Vigilmetrics tool on top of that. This means that you will be able to see the easy to interpret Vigilmetrics dashboards display any information which is most relevant to you and for more detailed reports you will be able to drill down from there into the existing MIS.
With Vigilmetrics you just buy the modules for the channels which you need!
No outlay for irrelevant data – even in the actual dashboards! Vigilmetrics provides you with generic sample reports which you are free to adapt to suit your own performance monitoring metrics for any and all channel measurements within your organisation
You may add on additional channels or delete existing ones as and when you need. Furthermore, our team is always available to customise your solution.
We are fully aware that some clients prefer to keep their information within their own server environments. The Vigilmetrics solution can be replicated within your own data centre for ease of use and other security concerns.
We also have clients who migrate to an in-house solution after they have had the Vigilmetrics solution for a while. In those instances we simply take the existing data from our databases and transfer it across to their own environment thus ensuring the availability of historic reporting.

Vigilmetrics can collect data from any source without any limitations on volume or size. Our tool will sanitise and compress data before transferring it to table formats, enabling clients to ignore any irrelevant fields for performance reporting. We also allow for clients collecting massive amounts of data in single files to take only a percentage of data for reporting.

The gathering of data is done with our Data Manager tool. This tool is not dependant on any particular platform or OS and is able to connect to any data source at any location world-wide. There are no restrictions in data collection.

Not only do we provide set channel reporting, but we also allow our clients to bolt on any additional performance reporting they need. Should you have a manufacturing process which needs careful monitoring with built in alerts as well as human resources metrics and perhaps finance – you can have them all available through one login interface.
We do not restrict our clients in any way. It’s up to them to decide what they want to see in their dashboards. We simply facilitate and provide what they need at a very reasonable cost.
Yes. That’s just one of the ways you can purchase the Vigilmetrics solutions. The list of options is as follows:
Some clients prefer to purchase the modules they wish to use. These installations are typically done as an in-house solution where clients run the service from within their own data centres. They are still able to add on more modules as they need them by purchasing those on a one-by-one basis.
We also have clients who don’t wish to use the Vigilmetrics service on an on-going basis but do want to run spot checks every couple of months. For these clients we have a special service which only imports data from sources they identify as relevant for the once-off. Typically this is done during special campaigns or end of year analysis.
This is the preferred solution for most clients as they subscribe to the solution and are able to pull reports which are always up to date with relevant information.
