    The following additional policies apply to subscribers of our services: To register for our services you will have to provide us with personally identifiable information to enable us to provide you with our services. The information you provide will be entered into our database.

    Your personally identifiable information will not be made available to anyone unless required by law to do so.

    For client security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, our computer systems employ software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorised attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

    For clients with maximum security requirements Vigilmetrics offers the option of having an in-house solution. The entire environment is set up and run from within the client’s data centre, behind their own firewalls and extra security measures.
